My college is registered for DESSE 2026. What happens next?

Please note that registration is not considered complete until the college submits the signed participation form(s) presented at the end of registration. Now that you have registered for DESSE 2026, please keep in mind the following dates:

  1. Your DESSE Liaison will e-mail the Campus Coordinator a link to the DESSE 2026 Procedure Guide in early November, along with additional details on the administration and access to the Members Only section of the CCSSE website.
     
  2. Orientation webinars will be available in late fall and will provide further overview of the administration and sampling processes for the spring 2026 administration.
     
  3. A DESSE Liaison will e-mail the Campus Coordinator a link to the online data verification form in early December, and it must be completed within one week of receipt. Until this is completed, we will not pull the college’s random sample of selected courses to be surveyed or process access codes for the online survey.
     
  4. Invoices for DESSE 2026 will be sent to the college president on or around April 1, 2026, with payment due June 1, 2026. Please refer to the Options and Rates page for pricing and for more detailed Invoicing and Payment information and instructions.
