Signature Workshops

Participants will analyze CCCSE survey results, identify engagement gaps, select interventions, and choose key metrics to track progress. Through hands-on activities, they’ll learn to turn data insights into action plans tailored to their institution and students.

*CCCSE offers this as a free workshop for state systems when all community colleges in that system participate in the administration of surveys.
 

This interactive workshop is specifically for colleges that have conducted CCCSE focus groups at their campus and want to deepen their understanding of the student experience by investigating focus group findings. 

This workshop series helps participants use institutional data to tell a powerful story of the student experience through the lens of the Guided Pathways pillars. Each session focuses on one pillar, deepening understanding of students’ journeys and highlighting areas for improvement. Over four sessions, participants will create a student persona, analyze key data, identify barriers, and develop an action plan to drive meaningful change.​

This session bridges the gap between student engagement data and classroom innovation. Drawing from CCCSE's comprehensive toolkit collection, participants will discover how to leverage student insights to enhance teaching practices and strengthen the fourth pillar of Guided Pathways—ensuring students are learning. Through practical examples and interactive exercises, faculty and academic leaders will gain concrete strategies for creating more engaging and effective learning experiences.​

This session empowers institutions to leverage CCCSE’s Guided Pathways Toolkit to enhance their pathways implementation. Participants will learn how to use student engagement data to identify gaps, strengthen support systems, and create more effective educational pathways. This workshop combines practical data analysis with strategic planning to help institutions move from insights to action.
