What Happens Next?

Please note that registration is not considered complete until the college submits the signed participation forms presented at the end of registration. Now that you have registered for SENSE 2026, please keep in mind these upcoming dates:

1. Your SENSE Liaison will email the Campus Coordinator a link to the 2026 SENSE Procedure Guide in June, along with additional details on the administration and access to the survey administration materials.
    
2. Orientation Webinars will be available in June and will provide further overview of the administration and sampling processes for the fall 2026 administration.
    

3. Key dates for optional SENSE administration services are outlined below. To discuss or confirm participation in these options, please contact us at 512-471-6807 or surveyops@cccse.org.

   • Consortium Participation
     A group of three or more colleges with common interests, characteristics, or locations may form a SENSE consortium free of charge and receive comparative aggregated data reports and, if the group chooses, administration and analysis of a consortium additional item set. For more information about consortium membership, visit the Options and Rates page.
      
   • Special-Focus Modules
     For an additional fee, participating SENSE colleges may add up to 12 custom items. Alternatively, the college can choose to administer one module from a collection of free standard Special-Focus Modules. For more information about adding modules to the survey, please visit the Options and Rates page.
     Deadline to submit Special-Focus Modules: August 1
      
4. A SENSE Liaison will email the SENSE Campus Coordinator a link to the online data verification form in July and it must be completed within one week of receipt. Until this is completed, we will not pull the college’s random sample of selected courses to be surveyed and/or process the college's access codes.
    
5. Invoices for SENSE 2026 and any additional administration options will be sent to the college president (cc: SENSE Campus Coordinator) on or around October 1, 2026, with payment due December 1, 2026. Please refer to the Options and Rates page for more detailed invoicing and payment information and instructions.
