The CCCSE LEADers Academy develops emerging and mid-level leaders who lead through the student experience.

Participants use their college’s own CCCSE data to build the skills needed to facilitate meaningful, evidence-informed conversations and help their institutions move from understanding student experiences to taking action.

LEADers Academy Framework

The Academy uses a practical framework that helps participants connect data, student voices, campus conversations, and institutional action.

Participants use the framework throughout the Academy as they prepare for and lead a conversation at their own institution.
 


Who Should Apply?

The Academy is designed primarily for emerging and mid-level leaders from across the college, including faculty, staff, department chairs, program leaders, and others who are positioned to lead campus conversations.

Applicants should be prepared to use their college’s CCCSE results and facilitate a conversation at their institution.
 

Program Format

The Academy includes:

  • Four virtual webinars
  • One face-to-face meeting held in conjunction with CCCSE’s National Conference
  • Guided activities between sessions
  • Planning and facilitation of a campus conversation using the participant’s institution’s CCCSE results

The institution is responsible for the participant’s travel and conference registration for the face-to-face meeting.
